If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with your purchase, unused items can be returned for size exchange or refund within 14 days from delivery date.
Instructions for Return
- To request permission to return, the customer must send a request to email@example.com within 14 days from delivery date. In the e-mail address must be specified (1) code enforcement, (2) the codes of the individual items that you wish to return, and (3) the mode of desired compensation: change size or refund, (4) the size or desired color (in case of change). Once you have received the return request, COSENTINOSHOP.COM send the customer a written confirmation containing the Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- The customer must write clearly the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package, as indicated in the email received by the department for authorization made COSENTINOSHOP.COM.
- Inside the package the customer must enter the order slip and the receipt originally received from COSENTINOSHOP.COM.
- The cost and the choice of the mode of return shipment shall be borne by the customer. The cost of the original shipment, however, being borne by COSENTINOSHOP.COM.
- After making the shipment, the customer is required to send a notification email to firstname.lastname@example.org with subject like "Return Notification for Order # 000000135" containing the order number.
Italian and UE customers can return items both for replacement or refund. Non-EU customers can return items only for refund. Please note that refund will be decreased by the amount of customs clearance costs for import process.Size change
You can make the change only for a different size or a different color of the same item, if available. You can not change the article with a different item.Refund
Refunds will be processed as soon we receive the returned pack, and we verify and accept the returned article.
For orders paid with a credit card the amount refunded will be available to customers in approximately 10 days, and will be visible on the next card statement. Timing may vary slightly depending on the banking system of the credit card used.
For orders paid with Paypal the amount will be returned to the original account.
Terms and Conditions for Returns
- The seal originally present on items that are returned must be neither removed nor broken. They should not be worn, washed or altered, and must not show any sign of use. The soles of footwear must be in perfect condition and show no signs of any kind. Each item must be returned with all tags, packaging and accessories (dustbags, hangers, garment covers, etc..) received along with the order.
- All footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and must not have been in any way damaged and / or altered, or used as a single outer packaging.
- The products returned must be shipped inside the original box from COSENTINOSHOP.
- In the event that the customer receives defective goods, or you may experience errors in shipments by COSENTINOSHOP.COM, is required to follow the same instructions above. COSENTINOSHOP.COM reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective merchandise.
- Swimwear and intimate apparel (briefs, boxers etc.) Must be tried on over underwear.
- COSENTINOSHOP.COM reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns on whose package is not easy to read the Return Authorization Number (RAN), or parcels within which are not present in the order form and the original receipt issued by COSENTINOSHOP.COM.
- The returns rejected by COSENTINOSHOP.COM will be shipped back to the customer via freight collect, with transportation charges paid by the customer.
- For each order, the customer has the right to invoke the return procedure only once.
- The return of the items must be received at the offices of COSENTINOSHOP.COM within 14 days after we authorized the return.
- The responsibility of the package containing the return is of the customer. COSENTINOSHOP.COM can not, therefore, be responsible for any loss, damage, inadequate packaging or delay in delivery at our stores. It is therefore advisable to use an express service and to insure return shipment.
- COSENTINOSHOP.COM will not accept the returned goods that do not comply with all terms and conditions provided for by this return policy.
